How to login
Users must have an active Ptelea login and a system role in order to access the system.
User access is restricted by the Ptelea system administrator.

About Ptelea
Introduction to Ptelea
Ptelea is a web-enabled application to manage timesheets and calculate bonuses for Legend Management and
some Elm Street personnel. PTELEA (TEL-ee-uh) stands for Payroll, Timekeeping, and Employee Leave Entry
Application. In Greek mythology, there are eight Hamadryad nymphs and each is bonded to a particular type
of tree; Ptelea is the nymph who is bonded to the Elm tree.
Where the data comes from
- Employee profile data is entered directly into Ptelea.
- Timesheet data is maintained by Property Managers for all employees at their properties;
Elm Street and non-property-based Legend employees enter their own timesheet data.
Leases, Move-ins, and Renewals/Transfers are sourced from the RealPage Business Intelligence and
OneSite reporting modules.
- Leasing Tier Goals are provided by Legend Corporate each month.
Supported browsers
Internet Explorer version 11 and above, and current versions of Safari, Chrome,
and Firefox (those browsers update automatically)
Data privacy & security
All users shall have a unique login and password and should not share their information with others.
User logins control visibility to particular properties and data. Actions in the system are tracked and
audited by login ID.
